SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS -
surface high pressure over the central atlantic will gradually
build toward the northeast caribbean through at least wednesday,
producing a gentle to moderate trade wind flow across the region-
al waters. The proximity of an upper level low and an induced
low to mid level trough moving across the local area, will result
in scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms across the waters
the rest of today through tonight.
